Ingredients

2 burger buns
9 oz. ground beef
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 large tomato slices
Kémia Mechouia, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add the beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
  2. Mix the ingredients until combined.
  3. Divide the mixture in half and use your hands to form two patties.
  4. Place the burgers on the grill. Cook 4 minutes per side.
  5. Serve the burgers on hamburger buns topped with a tomato slice, Kémia Mechouia salad, and microgreens.
  6. Serve and enjoy.

Additional Tips

  • To enhance the flavors of burgers, add chopped parsley, onion, and paprika powder. You can also add a pinch of nutmeg.
