Ingredients
2 burger buns
9 oz. ground beef
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 large tomato slices
Kémia Mechouia, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until combined.
- Divide the mixture in half and use your hands to form two patties.
- Place the burgers on the grill. Cook 4 minutes per side.
- Serve the burgers on hamburger buns topped with a tomato slice, Kémia Mechouia salad, and microgreens.
- Serve and enjoy.
Additional Tips
- To enhance the flavors of burgers, add chopped parsley, onion, and paprika powder. You can also add a pinch of nutmeg.
