

Kémia Mechouia salad appetizer toasts

Ingredients
1 whole-wheat baguette with seeds, sliced
2 hard-boiled eggs, cut into wedges
200 g tuna fillet in oil
Capers, to taste
15 black olives
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange bread slices and spray them with extra virgin olive oil.
- Use grill mode and bake them shortly.
- Spread the Mechouia on each slice and top with egg slices, capers, olives ad tuna fillets.
- Serve and enjoy!
Additional Tips
- You can use fresh non-toasted baguette as well.
- To enrich the flavors, use Kémia Tazilla olives.
- Garnish with chopped chives or parsley.
