Kémia Mechouia salad appetizer toasts

Ingredients

1 whole-wheat baguette with seeds, sliced

2 hard-boiled eggs, cut into wedges

200 g tuna fillet in oil

Capers, to taste

15 black olives

Kémia Mechouia grilled vegetable salad

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange bread slices and spray them with extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Use grill mode and bake them shortly.
  4. Spread the Mechouia on each slice and top with egg slices, capers, olives ad tuna fillets.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

Additional Tips

  • You can use fresh non-toasted baguette as well.
  • To enrich the flavors, use Kémia Tazilla olives.
  • Garnish with chopped chives or parsley.
