Instructions
- Cut a hole in the middle of each bread slice using a small glass.
- Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Season the butter with salt and pepper.
- Add bread slices and toast them for 3 minutes on one side.
- Flip them and crack the eggs into each hole.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover with a lid and cook until the eggs are ready.
- Remove the slices from the skillet and spread Shakshuka around the eggs.
- Serve and enjoy!
Additional Tips
- You can garnish the slices with chopped parsley ad crumbled feta cheese.
