Ricotta & Semi-dried Cherry Tomatoes on toasted croutons

Ingredients

4 whole-wheat bread slices

200 g ricotta

Kémia semi-dried cherry tomatoes

Thyme sprigs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange bread slices and spay them with extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Use grill mode and bake them shortly.
  4. Spread ricotta on each slice and top with semi-dried cherry tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh thyme.
  6. Serve and enjoy.

Additional Tips

  • You can season ricotta with salt, pepper, and a few drops of extra virgin olive oil. Also adding chopped fresh herbs, like basil and oregano, will enrich the flavors.
