

Roasted chicken drumsticks with harissa paste

Ingredients
6 chicken drumsticks
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425° Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with one tablespoon of Kemia harissa paste. Mix to coat well each drumstick.
- Arrange chicken drumsticks on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Serve with fresh cilantro and lime or lemon.
Additional Tips
- Season drumstick with finely chopped nuts if you like crunchy texture.
- For more spicy flavor, coat chicken drumsticks with some extra harissa paste.
