Roasted chicken drumsticks with harissa paste

6 chicken drumsticks
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 425° Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with one tablespoon of Kemia harissa paste. Mix to coat well each drumstick.
  3. Arrange chicken drumsticks on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Serve with fresh cilantro and lime or lemon.

Additional Tips

  • Season drumstick with finely chopped nuts if you like crunchy texture.
  • For more spicy flavor, coat chicken drumsticks with some extra harissa paste.
