Roasted cod with shakshuka sauce

8 cod fillets
4 zucchini, sliced lengthwise
1 Kémia shakshuka sauce
Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 392°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season cod fillets with salt and pepper, and arrange them on a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle each fillet with extra virgin olive oil and bake for approx. 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, heat grill pan over medium-high heat and grill sliced zucchini.
  5. Serve cod fillets topped with tasty shakshuka sauce and grilled zucchini.
  6. Enjoy.

Additional Tips

  • You can season zucchini slices with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. If you intend to add some extra virgin olive oil, do it after you grill zucchini slices.
  • To add more flavor to cod fillets, you can top them with fresh herbs like thyme, rosemary, or oregano.
