Roasted Salmon Fillet Stuffed with Preserved Lemon and Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets

60 g smoked salmon, sliced

Kémia sliced preserved lemons

Capers, to taste

Dill, to taste

Peppercorns, to taste

A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking dish with parchment paper or grease it with cooking spray.
  2. Make several shallow horizontal cuts into salmon fillets.
  3. Fill them with smoked salmon slices and preserved lemons.
  4. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and season with salt and peppercorns.
  5. Top with capers and bake for 12 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh dill.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
