Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
60 g smoked salmon, sliced
Capers, to taste
Dill, to taste
Peppercorns, to taste
A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking dish with parchment paper or grease it with cooking spray.
- Make several shallow horizontal cuts into salmon fillets.
- Fill them with smoked salmon slices and preserved lemons.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and season with salt and peppercorns.
- Top with capers and bake for 12 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh dill.
- Serve and enjoy.
