By respecting the basic rules in terms of food safety, and by the very nature of our products, we accept returns only if they are defective or non-compliant when they are received. The products sold by the online store are brand new, in perfect condition and flawless. However, in the event that an item is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, we will exchange it or refund it, including the shipping costs, under certain conditions. To return and / or exchange a product, you must first contact our customer service by email at, describing the problem and attaching a photo of the product. You must wait for the response from our customer service before returning the product to us. You may return the defective or non-conforming item (s) in the original packaging within seven (7) days of receipt of your order, along with the delivery note and proof of purchase. If seven (7) days or more have passed since the date of receipt, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

When your refund or exchange request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation / authorization to return the defective product (s), as well as an address to wich you have to send the defective goods.

Returned products, as well as postage for return, are the responsibility of the customer until receipt by the customer service team. Upon receipt of returned products according to our return conditions, the amount of the product and the return costs will be refunded. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product that may occur during the return shipment. If you do not follow the return instructions provided by our customer service when authorizing the refund or exchange, we can not guarantee the receipt, so we can not guarantee the refund neither.

Orders are subject to stock availability. If stocks of an item are depleted at the time you order, we will notify you and refund the full amount of your order, depending on the original payment method.

Delivery time

An approximate delivery time will be provided when you place your order. Delivery times are only estimated and are calculated from the date of shipment and not the date of the order. They should only be used as an indication and are subject to acceptance / approval of your order. Except in exceptional circumstances, we will spare no effort to deliver your products no later than fifteen [15] business days from the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note that we do not ship during the weekend [Saturday-Sunday].

The delivery date may vary depending on shipping company shipping practices, delivery location, delivery method and ordered items. It is also possible that the products are delivered in several separate consignments.

Shipping fees

The shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the shipping method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you want to buy to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page. This screen will display the shipping costs. Additional charges may apply for the shipment of heavy or large items or to remote areas. You will be informed of these fees, if any, on the payment page.

Sales tax is billed by province or territory where the item is sent.
