Grilled Artichoke Hearts are 100% produced with the variety “Violette d’Hyères”, recognized as being one of the tastiest, the hearts of Kémia grilled artichokes quite simply represent the quintessence for artichoke lovers. Our artichokes are picked, peeled and trimmed by hand, then simply blanched in salt water, grilled to perfection, then marinated in extra virgin olive oil and fine herbs. The perfect balance between the richness of the toasted flavor and the delicious sweetness of the artichoke flesh, as well as the excellent quality of the olive oil in which they marinate make them the perfect appetizer that your guests will will argue!
Use Kémia’s grilled artichoke hearts to complete an aperitif platter, add to a fresh salad or pasta, a pizza or snack as is, directly in their jar. Combine with roasted potatoes, asparagus, green beans or peppers and serve as a side dish with lamb, beef or chicken. Also, to present with a bowl of aioli or remoulade and serve as an aperitif at your next cocktail.
