WITH EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Fleshy, juicy and bursting with flavor, the Tazilla olives from Kémia are harvested at full maturity, when sun-drenched, and are immediately stored in bulk in coarse sea salt. This thousand-year-old technique is called “Tazilla” in Tunisian dialect . When potted, we flavor them with rosemary and cover them with premium extra virgin olive oil, just like our grandmothers have done for centuries.
La Tazilla has a pronounced taste, an average fat content, a small smooth nucleus that can be easily removed, dense flesh and delicate skin. This is why our Tazilla olives are considered the queen of table olives. Ideal for pecking as an aperitif, our olives can however be incorporated into your favorite dishes such as salads, pizza, tagines, pasta, omelettes or fish in foil. Make them available to olive lovers and they will soon disappear!
BECAUSE OF THIS ANCESTRAL TECHNIQUE, THESE OLIVES ARE SALTIER THAN THE AVERAGE.
